Panoramic views of the beach, beautiful grounds large fresh water pool, clean sandy beach and ocean just outside our Grand Cayman Island Condo. We are very conveniently located near shopping, dining, nightclubs, the beach, dive shops, saltwater-fishing outfitters, and more!

- Deposit & Final Payment Requirements: Three nights. A 50% deposit of total amount due is required at time of a Christmas/New Year’s booking.
- Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year’s rentals) or will be subject to cancellation. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Years rentals), full payment is due immediately.
- Cancellation Policy: No refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, any amount already paid will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival, the deposit amount will be retained and any balance will be refunded. An exception is for Christmas/New Year's reservations (rentals that include any days between 24 Dec 24-1 Jan) which must be cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival after which a refund of the 50% deposit, less a $100.00 cancellation fee will be made. For cancellations within 60 days we will retain the 50% deposit.
