We are very conveniently located near shopping, fine dining, nightclubs, golf, the beach, dive shops, saltwater-fishing outfitters, and more!
Our Condo, number 34, is located about a mile north of Georgetown on Cayman's Seven Mile Beach.
Enjoy shopping, restaurants, water sports, bars and nightclubs and water sports (diving, kayaking, sailing, power boat rental, para-sailing, and more) are available along the beach and just across the street. Taxi cab (taxies), rental cars and bus services are always available.
A beautiful 1 bedroom, first floor condo with a large courtyard and almost on the sea, with views of the sea from all rooms. This condo has been recently and completely renovated with a caribbean cottage designed to really put you in the mood.
It is centrally located on Seven Mile Beach within close proximity to all major conveniences and most are within walking distance. A rental car is not necessary but I would suggest renting one for atleast one day to tour the rest of the island. It's only 7 miles wide and 22 miles long. If you do decide to rent a car call Coconut Car rental tell them you are renting from Neil Smith and you will receive a 20% discount.The tennis court is located on-site, along with a large, fresh water pool.
